18th century for theatre

Jane Austen was one of the most successful writers of the 18-19th century, and persuasion was one of the most performed productions, even to this date. The production was also performed by the AUB actors last year which is something I was fortunate enough to be involved in. As it was set from 1801 - 1807 it was not strict 18th century and again used the smaller hairstyles, more referenced towards the greek styles. The styling of the male hair also was toned down, shorter with less barrel curls. This was reflected within the styling of the AUB production, which was simplistic yet subtle.
